In almost 15 years in the industry, video producer Dee Penny has gained a wealth of experience making video promos and EPKs, filming bands' live performances and organising showcases.
 
She has worked in a wide range of disciplines, including production manager, stage and floor manager - including live events - creative director and producer. Her work has taken her as far afield as Australia, Hong Kong, the United States, Spain, Northern Ireland and many other parts of the UK.
