• Organising Universal Music International bands' showcases for various artists including Elton John, Sugababes, Lionel Richie, Hawksley Workman, The Cardigans, Daniel Beddingfield, Michael McDonald, Darius, Busted.

 Live Events

• UNAIDS Event - Stage-managed event at the UN General Assembly Hall, NY.
  M.C.'d by Danny Glover, including guest speaker, Kofi Annan and performances by Mary J Blige, Youssou N'Dour and other artists.
   
• Britannia Music - Co-ordinating and floor-managing the filming of the whole 640-guest event, with four bands - including Marcella Detroit - playing live and a satellite link with Dina Carroll.
   
  
• Andrew Lloyd Webber - Co-ordination of event and filming, and stage management of the ceremony at which an award was presented to Andrew Lloyd Webber.

 Conferences

• Polygram International Annual MD's conferences in Seville, Hong Kong, New Orleans and New York. Over 200 delegates from all over the world, ranging from the film, music and video industries - including artists, management and other guests - congregate to look forward to the coming year.
  Dee Penny co-ordinated all aspects of each conference, including performances, artist liaison, venue liaison, transportation and accommodation. This included organising film screenings at a separate venue and other subsidiary events.
